At Memories by Aimee in Cape Coral, Florida, I also work as a wedding coordinator for your special day. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Unlimited phone and email support
- Contact your contracted vendors for formal introductions
- Follow up calls to all vendors one week prior to the wedding
- Manage vendor relations for the ceremony and reception, and act as a liaison between you and the vendors
- Assist with coordinating vendor for final payments and/or gratuities
- Supervise wedding rehearsals
- Coordination and supervision of the ceremony, reception, design, and décor details (whether created by me or not)
- Ensures that the designated person receives all gifts, cards, personal items, cake top, and ceremony keepsakes

Additional a La Carte Services
- Ceremony Official - A Florida Commissioned Notary Public will perform a personalized ceremony. This service comes with a complimentary ceremony memory book, which will include your entire wedding party names and roles, as well as the ceremony performed by the official that is decorated to match your wedding theme/colors.
- Official Marriage License Filing - The officiant will file your completed marriage license with the county clerk after the ceremony.
- Rental of the old-fashioned baby carriage to push baby or pets down the aisle if fits wedding theme
- Personalized hand-embroidered ring bearer pillows and/or wedding sampler in wedding colors/theme design. Must submit at least 18 months advance notice for these items.
